Applications are required for the following Planning/Zoning processes:

  • Comprehensive Plan Amendment
  • Preliminary Subdivision Plat
  • Site Plan
  • Special Exception
  • Vacate Easement
  • Vacate Right-of-Way
  • Variance
  • Voluntary Annexation
  • Zoning District Amendment

Applications require staff review time, processing time, and advertising time. Please note the following submittal due dates for applications through 2025:

December 13, 2024 (for March 2025 public hearings)
January 15, 2025 (for April 2025 public hearings)
February 14, 2025 (for May 2025 public hearings)
March 14, 2025 (for June 2025 public hearings)
April 16, 2025 (for July 2025 public hearings)
May 16, 2025 (for August 2025 public hearings)
June 13, 2025 (for September 2025 public hearings)
July 16, 2025 (for October 2025 public hearings)
August 15, 2025 (for November 2025 public hearings)
September 17, 2025 (for December 2025 public hearings)
November & December 2025 - applications not accepted/processed; please submit in January 2026
