Beginning Monday, March 23, until further notice, City of Cocoa Utility Customer Service will be closed to the public in an effort to minimize exposure and protect employees and customers from the spread of COVID-19. Customer Service employees will be available to answer phones, process drop box items, and answer e-mails during this time. All water shut-offs due to non-payment have been suspended during this time. There are multiple ways that you can still do business with the City of Cocoa Utilities Department, including payments, and starting, stopping or transferring of water service.
Payments can be made in multiple ways, including:
- Mailing your payment to PO Box 1270, Cocoa, FL 32923-1270 (no cash, please)
- Arrange for online payment through your banking institution
- Place your check/money order payment in the secure drop box on the south side of Cocoa City Hall
- Online Bill Pay with a credit card or online check, www.cocoafl.org
- Automatic Debit Agreement, www.cocoafl.org/496/online-forms
- Calling the automated phone system at (321) 433-8400
Terminating your service or requesting new service can all be done in multiple ways, including:
- Online at www.cocoafl.org/496/online-forms (completed forms and attachments can be e-mailed to customerservice@cocoafl.org, mailed to Water Customer Service at 65 Stone St., Cocoa, FL 32922, or dropped in the secure drop box on the south side of City Hall.)
