Each community redevelopment agency in the State of Florida is guided by a community redevelopment plan. Essentially, the redevelopment plan serves as a redevelopment agency’s handbook, and any projects, programs or initiatives undertaken by a redevelopment agency must relate directly back to the redevelopment plan.
